Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which products purchased from Style Closet By Sunaina Mundhra may be returned or exchanged. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Returns are accepted within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

1.2 All approved returns are subject to a mandatory restocking fee of ₹200 per order, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

1.3 To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered;

  • Be in its original condition;

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

1.4 Products that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odor, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has passed a quality inspection conducted by our team.

2.2 The refund amount shall be processed after deducting the ₹200 restocking fee.

2.3 Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

2.4 Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy (Fit-Related Issues Only)

3.1 Exchanges are permitted solely in cases of fit-related issues.

3.2 Customers must notify us of the exchange request within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receiving the product.

3.3 While requesting an exchange, customers must clearly state the exact and genuine reason for the exchange. Requests without a valid reason may be declined.

3.4 Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

3.5 If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose:

  • An alternative product of equal value, or

  • A store credit of the same amount.

3.6 All exchange products must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products;

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Logistics

5.1 Return shipping charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.

5.2 In the case of an approved exchange, re-shipping will be initiated only after the original product has been received and successfully cleared in quality inspection.

6. Return & Exchange Request Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us via our official communication channels and provide:

  • Order ID;

  • Product details;

  • Clear reason for return or exchange.

7. Right to Refuse

Style Closet By Sunaina Mundhra reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any return or exchange request if the product does not comply with this Policy.

8. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
