Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective.

Order cancellations or modifications are not allowed once an order is placed and confirmed, so please review your order carefully before submitting.

For damaged or defective items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a video recording of unboxing as proof.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement. If the same item/size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for future shopping.

This process takes maximum of 7 working days.
